With the exception of chains and findings, we make our own metal parts, which are stamped with a maker's mark. The parts are then cast using the lost wax casting method. Our stones and pearls are sourced from reputable dealers, many of whom we have been working with for years.

We release two new collections a year, one in the Spring and one in the Fall. But then also create new designs all year long and roll them out in limited edition quantities through a bi-monthly website update.

Generally we do not offer custom design services. If you see something you like, but prefer a different pearl or stone let us know. If we have the parts, then we'll be happy to switch something out for you.

Most orders ship within 24 hours. Every order from Rosa Kilgore jewelry arrives beautifully packaged and ready for gifting (even if it's a gift for you!) Each order includes care instructions and a polishing cloth so you can enjoy your new jewelry for years to come. Orders are shipped First Class using the United States Postal Service. Domestic shipping is FREE, and international is $18.

All jewelry is shipped ready to give! So, whether that new necklace is a gift for yourself or someone else, you don't need to worry about a thing- except maybe putting the package into a gift bag.

Gift cards are delivered through email, with instructions on how to redeem them at checkout. For privacy reasons, we can only send the gift card to the purchaser. The purchaser can then forward it on to the desired recipient. Gift cards can be used toward any online purchase. They have no extra processing fees and NEVER expire. No need to worry about misplacing a card or certificate!

Rosa Kilgore jewelry pieces have an oxidized finish to highlight texture. A soft polishing cloth will keep your jewelry sparkling. Please do not use jewelry dipping solutions as they will remove the intentional patina. To prevent tarnish, store jewelry in a box or bag. And a tip: prevent chains from tangling when you travel by putting them through a straw and then clasping. Clever, right?

I offer a satisfaction Guarantee. If you don't absolutely love your jewelry when it arrives for any reason, just send it back within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (pretty sure you're going to love it though). Please note: you are responsible for return postage. Items must be in their original condition.

Repair fees vary, please contact us for a quote. If an item is damaged due to normal wear and tear, I will repair it free of charge within one year of purchase date.

We accept credit cards, Venmo, Meta Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay - which allows you to split your purchase into four monthly installments.
