Buying jewelry as a gift for someone else?
Shop with confidence knowing that they can easily return any piece of jewelry from me. I try to make the process as easy + simple as possible.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Returns
I am happy to offer refunds and exchanges - you just have to pay for the return postage!
Your options are:
A) send it back to me for a full refund
B) send it back to me to exchange it for different piece currently in my store (and pay any difference)
C) send it back in exchange for online store credit to be used at a later date - like a gift card! I am frequently updating my site with new pieces, so you never know what's around the corner.
TO SEND IT BACK:
Shoot me a message on Facebook, or send me an email letting me know that you're interested in returning or exchanging.
Package up the jewelry securely, and take it to your local post office or mailing station for the most accurate postage.
Remember - it must be within 14 days from when the item was delivered and the jewelry must be in the original condition.
