Shipping & Handling

Items are shipped gift wrapped, in a black box. I ship twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. Most items will ship within one shipping cycle, meaning if you order on a Saturday your piece will ship on Tuesday. Orders are shipped First Class using the United States Postal Service. Domestic shipping is FREE, and international is $18.

Care & Cleaning
Rosa Kilgore jewelry pieces have an oxidized finish to highlight texture. A soft polishing cloth will keep your jewelry sparkling. Please do not use jewelry dipping solutions as they will remove the intentional patina.  To prevent tarnish, store jewelry in a box or bag. And a tip: prevent chains from tangling when you travel by putting them through a straw and then clasping.

Returns & Repairs
I offer a satisfaction Guarantee. If you don't absolutely love your jewelry when it arrives for any reason, just send it back within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. (pretty sure you're going to love it though) Please note: items must be in their original condition.

Repair fees vary, please contact us for a quote. If an item is damaged due to normal wear and tear, I will repair it free of charge within one year of purchase date. 

Privacy
I will only use your information to send you updates and for discounts and coupons. I will never share it.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are delivered through email, with instructions on how to redeem them at checkout. For privacy reasons, we can only send the gift card to the purchaser. The purchaser can then forward it on to the desired recipient. Gift cards can be used toward any online purchase. They have no extra processing fees and NEVER expire.
