Q: What is the best way to CONTACT you?

Q: Do you offer CUSTOM design services?
A: Generally I do not offer custom design services. If you see something you like, but prefer a different pearl or stone let me know. If I have the parts, then I'll be happy to switch something out for you.

Q: How do you CREATE the jewelry?
A: With the exception of chains and findings, I make my own metal parts, which are stamped with a maker's mark. The parts are then cast using the lost wax casting method. My stones and pearls are sourced from reputable dealers, many of whom I have been working with for years.

Q: How often do you create NEW DESIGNS?
A: I release two new collections a year, one in the Spring and one in the Fall. But I also create new designs all year long and roll them out in limited edition quantities through a monthly website update.

Q: What about SHIPPING?
A: I ship twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. Most items will ship within one shipping cycle, meaning if you order on a Saturday your piece will ship on Tuesday. Items are shipped First Class in a bubble mailer using the United States Postal Service. Domestic shipping is FREE, and international is $18.

Q: Do you offer GIFT WRAPPING?
A: All jewelry is shipped ready to give! So, whether that new necklace is a gift for yourself or someone else, you don't need to worry about a thing- except maybe putting the package into a gift bag.

Q: How do I CARE for my jewelry?
A: Rosa Kilgore jewelry pieces have an oxidized finish to highlight texture. A soft polishing cloth will keep your jewelry sparkling. Please do not use jewelry dipping solutions as they will remove the intentional patina.  To prevent tarnish, store jewelry in a box or bag.

Q: How do you handle RETURNS and REPAIRS?
A: I offer a satisfaction Guarantee. If you don't absolutely love your jewelry when it arrives for any reason, just send it back within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. (pretty sure you're going to love it though) Please note: items must be in their original condition.

Q: How do gift cards work?
A: Gift cards are delivered through email, with instructions on how to redeem them at checkout. For privacy reasons, we can only send the gift card to the purchaser. The purchaser can then forward it on to the desired recipient. Gift cards can be used toward any online purchase. They have no extra processing fees and NEVER expire. No need to worry about misplacing a card or certificate!

Repair fees vary, please contact us for a quote. If an item is damaged due to normal wear and tear, I will repair it free of charge within one year of purchase date. 


Q: What is your PRIVACY policy?
A: I will only use your information to send you updates and for discounts and coupons. I will never share it.
