How to buy jewelry online: What to know before you shop

Shopping online can be so much fun! No need to change out of your pajamas even (major bonus!) If you're like me, you may feel a little tentative before ever clicking "Purchase" on someone's website, especially to buy jewelry online. Here are a few things to consider before you start shopping:

SIZING QUESTIONS

You see a necklace or bracelet you really love, but not totally sure if you'll like the length? Don't worry! Take a piece of string, a ruler/tape measure, and measure out the length of the necklace or bracelet. Put the string around you, check to see that the length falls on you in a way you like!

If you ever want to double check on a size, shape, or stone before ordering, you can always email us at contact@rosakilgore.com or send us a message via social!

COLOR QUESTIONS

Not sure if you should buy sterling silver or ancient bronze jewelry? I personally think both are flattering on everyone + I highly encourage mixing metals! Caring for bronze jewelry can require a little extra attention, but it's a fabulous and affordable alternative to gold.
