Admiring jewelry in a store is fabulous, but there's also something exciting about getting a package in the mail! Plus when you order online from a small business like me, you know EXACTLY who made it + who packaged it with love.
I understand that shopping online can be inconvenient. Colors are tricky, sizing and weight of earrings is hard to predict based on a few photos. And earrings that are light to me might not be light to you.
So, while I'm pretty sure you're going to love your Rosa Kilgore jewelry, I want you to feel comfortable buying online. Did you know that I offer a Satisfaction Guarantee? If you don't absolutely love your jewelry when it arrives for any reason, just send it back to me within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Want to exchange or return your item?
No problem! Your options are:
a. Exchange it for different piece currently in my store (and pay any difference)
b. Full refund
c. Exchange it for online store credit to be used at a later date - like a gift card! (I'm frequently updating my site with new pieces, so you never know what's around the corner.)
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
It must be within 30 days from when the item was delivered, and the jewelry must be in its original condition.
1. Send me an email at email@example.com with the details. Let me know whether you'd like a refund, to exchange it for a different piece, or if you'd prefer store credit.
2. Package up the jewelry securely, and take it to your local post office or mailing station for the most accurate postage. Adhere the shipping label to the outside of the parcel.
3. Drop it at your mailbox or the post office!
